The Candy Shop w/ Christine Bortolin

Hosts Mark and Ryan are joined by comedian and director Christine Bortolin. The episode introduces several unique landmarks and characters to “the town” including: A generational candy store named 'Trick or Treat' that promises 'no poison' in their candies anymore, a mysterious 'Tongue Time at Lick Lake' where residents fish for tongues, and a public speaking spot known as 'A. Blinken's Stump.' The town’s radio station WK89 is created and we meet some of the hosts. Christine also talks about her hometown of Burnaby which sounds even crazier than the fictional town.

The Factory w/ Devin Mackenzie

Actor and member of the comedy duo Hip Bang, Devin McKenzie, joins Mark and Ryan to build the towns first factory. They also establish that the town is NOT tourist friendly, has an apiary, a Donair Dude that doesn’t serve donairs, and a statue that commemorates a famous local iguana by the name of Grant.

Party Island w/ Ronald Dario

The Fountain w/ Peter Oldring

In the inaugural episode, comedian Peter Oldring ( This Is That , House of Cards ) shares stories about growing up in Drayton Valley and Calgary, Alberta. He introduces the town’s first citizen, an advice columnist named Barnaby, and erects a healing fountain in the town square. Plus, Mark, Ryan, and Peter debate the merits of a “town perm.”
