Established during the first episode of the Town Show, the fountain features two distinct legs belonging to different people. These legs stick out from the structure and cross each other beneath the water's surface.

The fountain bears the official town motto: "Never shall we know where the legs do meet." Although residents have frequently attempted to interpret this motto and the fountain's structure, none have succeeded. Local lore suggests one of the seven miracles occurred at the fountain's miracle spring approximately sixty years ago known as The Sandwich Miracle. There is a suspicious Divot located exactly twelve paces in front of the fountain that casts doubt on the miracle.
