A Rock-Solid Takeover
Stevveee is the name adopted by a little kid who successfully staged a hostile takeover of the Yeast Meets West bakery. The transition began when the kid entered the shop and was caught by an automated checkout system for touching a croissant. Facing a 99-cent debt, the kid offered to settle the balance with a rock. The machine initially analyzed the first offering as a mix of 30% zinc and 40% gold, but the kid quickly produced a second specimen verified as 100% gold. This impressive display of wealth left the owner so stunned that he declared himself rich and handed over the keys, telling the kid to take everything. Stevveee immediately asserted dominance as the new owner, claiming to have run the shop for a long time. To ensure the safety of the new boss, the automated checkout system remains on duty to protect the store and its owner at all costs, even though it mispronounces his name as 'Stove.'
