Our beloved Maddy Kelly ( Let’s Make a Rom-Com ) joined us live on stage at On-Air Fest 2026 in Brooklyn, New York. Against all weather odds we made this show happen and Maddy came on to talk about growing up in a suburb overrun with horses, she intentionally tries to doxx herself on stage, and we get really hung up on the word "fealty". Maddy also builds a really cool music store in town called "Clarna’s" that sells tacos, has a podcast studio and you can sign out musical instruments from. "Cool" is a relative term.

Stand-up comedian Mark Little (Gary and His Demons) joins Ryan and Mark to talk about his life as a stand-up in New York City, having to work his material into 3 minute sets, and where he gets his groceries and coffee (i know this doesn’t sound funny but it is so god damn funny).

Director and host of the new podcast Jacob Reed & Me, Jacob Reed drops by the show to talk about growing up in San Diego. He talks about the legendary San Diego Chicken man, he talks about how his brother’s friend has Tony Gwynn’s bed, and he perfectly recounts the script from a phone sex line he called in high school. And he tells us all about his new pod (which Chris produced)

Pro-Am wrester and comedian Kyle Fines (Boom Pro Wrestling) comes on to talk about growing up in Oakville, Ontario. How all of the rich kids acted like street toughs, how he flunked out of wrestling school at 16, and his current love of 1996 WCW episodes. He build a combination climbing gym/dojo/lego store called “That’s How They Get Ya Dojo”. He also creates the town wrestling promotion: Town Championship Entertainment (TCE). Mark also talks about being best friends with Freddie Prinze Jr.

Comedian and very competitive athlete Ese Atawo joins us again to talk about attending a marathon in the Caymen Islands. Ryan learns that we only have 1 liver. Ese gives our citizens the trait that they all know too much about each other (our first ever town wide personality trait) and she establishes our very own town marathon.

Improviser and festival director of Gender Equity in Media Festival in Vancouver, Della Haddock joins the show to talk about her love of raccoons. Mark learns what a bee is. Della reveals the secret name of a notorious Vancouver gang. She also tells us about perfecting a trans Atlantic accent in high school which prompts us to build a Trans Atlantic club in our town. Della also builds a gymnastics gym with a big foam pit named Chunk Dunkers (formerly Ron’s Magical and Aerobics and Gymnastics Gym). There is a lot Australian accent in this episode and talk of a goon sack.

Musician and comedian Maarten Bayliss come say to talk about growing up in Nanaimo, BC. His disdain for the Nanaimo Bar. He also talks about being a teenage goth and just “driving around” a lot. He build a very useful thing for our town: a 3 story public washroom in the center of town called “The Bathroom State Building”. We meet a teen named Gecko and his friends as they drive around town and then go to Triage Coffee - a place that has undercover EMTs working as baristas.

Yee-haw it’s the round up! Run and hide! We’ve got lots of great letters to read and even a video to play from some passionate Townies and Sheriffs. We build a Greek/Train themed splash park in town. We head back to the Deliverance Game Store to learn about a very dark sequel to Candyland. And we get some town history and learn all about “The Great Invasion” from someone who actually fought in the battle.

Actress, improviser, and former government policy wonk Angela Galanopoulos stops by to talk about growing up in her family’s restaurant. She reveals she didn’t learn how to cook for any less than a brunch time rush until she was 21. And she tells us the dramatic story of how she left government life for good. She builds a Greek Restaurant for our town called Mount Olympus. Ryan plays a policy wonk character. And we visit a high school that is only for alpha people.

Allan Hawco, star and co-creator of CBC’s Saint Pierre joins the show to talk about growing up in “The Goulds” in Newfoundland. He talks about fighting in parking lots and hockey games, stunt driving, a Shakespeare teaching gym teacher, and the French territory St Pierre and Miquelon. He builds a proper, lonesome, historic pub in our town and we head to the high school to watch a play mid-rehearsal.
